His experience has been developed in the course of working across 41 countries across 6 continents.

He strongly believes in the value of combining psychometric evaluations with impactful coaching and facilitation, for selection, development and engagement. Damian was previously responsible for a global future leaders program coaching over 100 Managing Directors within a global company.

His 20 years of experience spans numerous industries including Financial Services, Media, Consulting and Technology and he has lived and worked in six countries globally whilst supporting over 30 different locations throughout his corporate HR career.

Prior to moving into full-time Executive Coaching, Peter was most recently Head of HR for Asia Pacific for a Fortune 500 Financial Services firm where, as a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership team, he partnered closely with senior leaders to create compelling people strategies that enabled the firm’s success.
