Over 18 years of corporate leadership development experience working with multinational financial services firms including Standard Chartered Bank, Westpac, OCBC & Citibank and across a diverse range of cultures in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa & North America. Recognized for building deep and authentic personal connections with clients, leveraging a highly tuned sense of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness. His experience has been developed in the course of working across 41 countries across 6 continents.


As an Executive Coach and Global Facilitator in a VUCA world, Damian has led and successfully delivered large-scale change initiatives and culture transformation programs globally. He strongly believes in the value of combining psychometric evaluations with impactful coaching and facilitation, for selection, development and engagement. Damian was previously responsible for a global future leaders program coaching over 100 Managing Directors within a global company.


Today his clients include: Corporate Education, Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Brokerage, Strategy Consulting, Travel & Hospitality, Engineering, Architectural Design and Venture Capital. Working on unique projects with these clients, alongside his previous coaching & leadership development experience supporting over 50 countries, gives him a level of credibility that is rare in the consulting world.

Co-Founder, Managing Director, Executive Coach

A qualified Executive Coach and experienced global HR leader. His 20 years of experience spans numerous industries including Financial Services, Media, Consulting and Technology and he has lived and worked in six countries globally whilst supporting over 30 different locations throughout his corporate HR career.


Prior to moving into full-time Executive Coaching, Peter was most recently Head of HR for Asia Pacific for a Fortune 500 Financial Services firm where, as a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership team, he partnered closely with senior leaders to create compelling people strategies that enabled the firm’s success.


Peter has broad experience in coaching from emerging leaders through to senior executives with assignments including leadership effectiveness, culture change, career transitions and wellness coaching. Having lived in Singapore, India, Philippines, USA, UK and his native Ireland, Peter is passionate about diversity and leveraging these experiences to develop highly effective and culturally aware inclusive global leaders.
