Hopefully you have gathered that we are focused on making the world a more equitable place and we believe everyone has an important role to play in that aspiration. As an organisation, we have aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – in particular, we believe we can impact the following goals through our solutions and relationships.

Goal #5 - Gender Equality and specifically 5.5: “Ensuring women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life”.

We are focused on creating solutions for our corporate and early-stage clients aligned to our mission and where all parties are committed to these goals. This led us to establish a time-matching solution for executive coaching. As an example of this solution, a multi-national Technology firm engaged Unlocked Potential for 10 hours of executive coaching with their CXO at our standard costs. Aligned to the client firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies, Unlocked Potential provided a time-matched coaching engagement to a diverse future leader in the client firm, enabling them to build a pipeline of diverse talent whilst directly contributing to UN SDG goals 5 & 10.

For that reason, we are committed to Goal #17 – Partnerships for the Goals and are providing our services on a pro-bono basis to target non-profit firms such as NGOs, charities, and advocacy groups. Our hope is that the leaders of those firms can feel more enabled, prepared and ready to tackle the various world changing causes they each represent. Each year, we’ll publish a list of organisations we are partnering with on this goal.

Unlike non-profits, these client organisations are focused on purpose and profit and Unlocked Potential offers a significantly discounted rate on its solutions when partnering with verified B-Corporations.
